Locateapart.co.uk act only as an introducer between customer and the person selling the part, we don’t sell parts or take commission on the sale of parts. And can not be held responsible for any errors with parts ordered or supplied. Any company or individual placing a request via locateaparts website does so at their own risk. The customer is solely responsible for checking that all parts requested contain the correct information, and for keeping appropriate records of all communication with the supplier.

Locateapart.co.uk can not be held responsible for any problems or discrepancies. No refunds will be given by Locateapart.co.uk to any customer for parts incorrectly ordered or any parts supplied incorrectly or any part faulty or damaged. The customer is responsible for checking that the parts ordered are correct and working properly, any problems with any ordered parts should be taken up with the supplier.

The client, the customer and the supplier shall hold the ’introducer’ Locateapart.co.uk harmless in and from all claims, liabilities, damages and detriments not arising from the introducers actual negligence or malfeasance. The client, customer and supplier irrevocably covenant, promise and agree to hold locateapart.co.uk the ‘introducer’ harmless from and against all losses, claims, expenses ,suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, whatever kind or nature that the client, customer or supplier may experience as a result of using the services of Locateapart.co.uk.

Fitting service

Locateapart.co.uk doesn’t offer a fitting service, if a supplier offers a supply and fitting service that is down to the customer and the supplier and doesn’t involve locateapart.co.uk  in any way if there is a problem or dispute.
