Advice for Buyers

1. Never give someone your card details you are not 100% happy with.
2. Never use a bank debit card if making a mail order purchase.
3. Never send Cash in the post.
4. Don't order a part from someone and just have a mobile telephone number as a contact.
5. Try and buy the part from someone local so if there is a problem you can take it back.
6. Find out how long the warranty if any on the part you buying.
7. Make sure you actual need the part you are asking for (most people won't take it back if you have asked for the wrong part).
8. Check the parts on deliver or collection to make sure they right and not broken.
9. When ordering a part find out when it going to be delivered.
10. Always make a note of who you are ordering from i.e Name, telephone number, and Address.
11. Never go and collect a parts on your own with bundles of cash, let people know where you going and take a friend with you.
12. If someone claims to be a Breaker check to see that they are on our list of breakers and that their details match.
13. Always phone the person back never order straight away.
14. If someone claims to be from LOCATEAPART selling parts - Beware we don't sell parts.
